Email templates are created and edited in your REVIEWS.io dashboard. Email templates can be created using our simple editor or in HTML. For more information on creating a HTML email template see our help article.
You can also invite your customers to write reviews using our Dynamic Link feature which can be used in marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Review Booster or Email BCC features. We also offer extensions for major ecommerce platforms which automate the invitation process.
